- Undertake performance management reporting activities like reviewing Oil playbook / cover notes, A1/A2 payments.
- DPO working capital process and preparing commodity templates.
- Providing accurate inputs in quarterly and monthly forecasting processes.
- Participating in audit and compliance activities and especially taking the lead in ensuring timely P2P GCS cycle testing and remediation points closure.
Key Accountabilities :
- Planning and Forecasting - AOP/SBP.
- Support in Procurement SBP and AOP.
- Review of SBP & templates & seeking alignment with functions.
- Planning and Forecasting - Quarterly/Monthly.
- Ensure accurate quarterly purchase forecasts.
- Ensure accurate submission of planning on quarterly forecast.
- Ensure that quarterly impact is captured in the forecast
